To start off with the girl would not listen when I kept telling her I wanted it shorter so bad that I didn’t get me beard done like I always do… then I had to go somewhere else to have it fixed as the back was not even at all and the whole cut looked like crap
I came in the last hour and Harlie did a great job. She applied some oil on my scalp so it would not dry out after she was done.
The barber was great and the vibrating chair felt very nice on my back.

The stylist did excellent work and did exactly what I asked for. She was tentative and
1.We arrived when the text message told us to arrive and we still had to wait 20 minutes.
2. The stylist was terrible!!! She did not listen to my 14yo son and cut ALL of his hair off!!! He asked her to trim it, maybe 1/4” and she cut at least 4” off!!! The front wasn’t even and the fade was horrible!!! I left with a 14yo in tears and doesn’t want to go to school because it’s so bad!!!!
3. The stylist was not friendly or wanted to be there.
I would like my money refunded!

The location I go to has been my go-to for nearly 4 years. Elsa does it exactly how I want it every time, and the times I've gotten it done by Alice and Rita have been to the same standard. Customer service and a clean environment are why I keep coming back and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
