I like your people. Jared DeJong came back when it was discovered the truck vacuum was dying and had left too much water in the carpet. He did everything he could to make sure I was happy with clean dry carpets. The water they use leaves no residue and is safe for my crawling granddaughter..

Arlin was thorough and professional in his carpet and upholstery cleaning. He was able get out difficult pet urine stains. This was our third time using Zerorez and they did a great job every time. We highly recommend them for future cleaning.

He didn’t move a family room chair, and therefore a huge spot was missed.
He added $20 more to the original bid for a piece of carpet 2 1/2‘ x 2 1/2‘ at the opening of two bathrooms. Could’ve been done in three swipes so it wasn’t worth 20 bucks.

Seemed like he had a chip on his shoulder. His name was Jared and he will never do another job for us. Additionally, I would never recommend him. I heard a lot about Zerorez but I am very disappointed in what you did for me.

At least one bedroom closet was not cleaned.. very obviously not cleaned which makes me wonder what else was not done completely.. technician was alone so I have no idea what was actually done..
The carpet cleaning service was absolutely perfect. Tough spots were removed and the carpets look great. Even the heavy wear areas look clean not dark. The technician was very knowledgeable about the service to be provided and answered questions about the problem areas.
