I will never have another carpet cleaner company do my carpets. I waited 6 years for you to come to Idaho Falls. After cleaning my carpets stay clean longer with your protective coating. It’s only ever Zerorez.
Very polite and consider. Was in contact with me for his arrival time. Did a very good job.
He tried hard but was unable to get the dog smell out of the carpet. We now have to pull out all the carpet and replace it. It was a tough job but I was hoping for better results.

Quick response to my cleaning need. The technician wa super friendly, very efficient, and careful to not damage corners with his hose and so forth. This is the second time this fellow has serviced our cleaning need and I have to say that I was delighted when I saw who arrived. Our rug was cleaned beyond our expectation.
