My carpets just aren’t that clean. It was the most I’ve ever paid for carpet cleaning so I think I was expecting it to be better than the others I have used. Are they cleaner?? Yes sure. However I still have spots that didn’t get cleaned. Many of which I took my own carpet a lot cleaner to after you left and I got them out with my little cleaner so that was extremely frustrating to see

I do not feel like my carpets were cleaned well by the service. I vacuumed three prior to the service, and I vacuumed again afterwards and still got up a significant amount of dust/dirt.

The service is excellent from scheduling the appointment to the cleaning provided by Jared. The sofa was cleaned thoroughly and by the night it was dry and looking like new. I completely recommend this company and will use it again in the future.

I have had Zerorez clean my carpets multiple times and have been satisfied every time! The technicians are very professional and efficient and my carpets look amazing! I especially like the fiber protectant on my high traffic areas.
We enjoyed how promptly they arrived how they kept us in the loop as far as what time they would be here. We especially appreciated how hard our particular technician worked while he was cleaning our carpets. We think he did a very good job and we will be coming back.

I have dark streaks all over my carpet and a really clean line down the middle of my living room. I have been vacuuming but it doesn't seem to help. I would also like to double-check that they did the pet odor treatment. I didn't know what to expect from that treatment but my carpets don't seem to smell any different than they did before they were cleaned.
From the minute Zero Rez arrived, I was impressed by the mans knowledge and courtesy. I wish I could remember his name, because he was absolutely wonderful. He explained how he treated carpet stains, the water and waste treatment, and the fact that there would be very little residue left. My carpets are about 12 years old, some heavy traffic areas and stains. It was nothing short of miraculous when he was done. Stains were gone, no wet carpet odor, no stiff chemical residue, just a clean soft beautiful carpet. I absolutely love how my carpets looked when he finished. I would 100% recommend Zero Rez!
