Heard alot of commercials about Zerorez, but never tied them until recently. They did a FANTASTIC job on my 15-yr old carpet. I was hoping the cleaning would get me a couple more years before I had to replace it, but it's going to last a few more than that. THANK YOU, ZEROREZ!

I’ve worked for 2 different Zerorez franchises before and I was always a believer in the process and love that no soaps and harsh chemicals are left behind.
Arnel was a super star. He pays attention to detail and always have a welcoming presence.

He could of been a little more interested in the little details like moving a trash can and doing the carpet under it, or listening during the walk through.

I really like how much nicer my carpets are after you did them. The only thing that would be better is if the spots in my living area were totally gone.

I loved the results of my carpet cleaning, but for the average customer, it seems costly, without coupons or specials. I can't 100% be sure that I would be a return customer, due to the pricing. My service took around 1 hrs, but it cost around $300 just for 2 rooms and a staircase. Prices for everything are rising so high that people have to pick very carefully what they spend their money on.

Carpet looked new when he was done. He was very informative and timely. Would definitely recommend.

Quality work

The technician arrived as scheduled and walked the rooms to be cleaned. He immediately put the shoe covers on when entering the house. We talked about drying times. He was very professional and competent in his work.

I will use Zerorez the next time the carpets need to be cleaned.

Fast ,efficent. Wear booties in the home. Cleanup after themselves.

Arnell did a wonderful job on the carpet.We have an older dog who like to make designs on the carpet. Arnell spent about 2 hours just on those areas. See you in the spring.

Jared was able to arrive early and he cleaned our carpets in a timely manner with no odor remaining. The carpets were not overly damp and with the 8 hour dry time, we were able to move our furniture back into place the next morning. He gave us brochures that we requested and made sure to ask if we were satisfied with the completed job. He used corner protectors and was careful around furniture that could not be moved. I have already recommended Zerorez to two other family members.
