I Last name removed that there's not a lot of product put into my carpets. They are just clean, but there is no residue to continue to collect future dirt or spills. I appreciate that the customer service is so good and every one is easy to work with. Arnel provided excellent customer service, even moving some chairs and rugs in rooms we had not previously prepared to have cleaned.
Zerorez has been great every time. Scheduling is easy, every service man they have sent has been good natured and polite, the equipment works very well and or carpets and couches look brand new after their service.

I used Zerorez when I lived in another state and was more than pleased with the quality of work, so it made sense to use them here in our new hometown of Idaho Falls. When one of my cats got a hold of a turmeric capsule and broke it open all over my BRAND NEW carpet I was devastated. I called Zerorez and the woman in the office listened carefully to my story and said that if anyone could get the stains out, it was Arnell. He was booked out for quite awhile, but if I could wait he would be the most likely person to save the day. When the appointment day came, Arnell communicated his arrival time well. He listened carefully, studied the mess, and without making any promises explained what he thought was the best approach. When he was finished it was as if nothing ever happened to the carpet!! I am amazed and grateful and thrilled! Arnell is professional, friendly, easy to communicate with and thorough in his work. I have recommended Zerorez to my neighbor who already booked a cleaning and they will be the only company I call for carpet care in the future. Thanks Arnell!!
