My living room carpet still shows dirty areas in front of where the couch and love seat were. I believe spot cleaners could take it out, or shampoo, but Zerorez does not use shampoo. Spots on carpet downstairs came out great, after treatment, and it looks great.

I liked the short wait to get the appointment. I enjoyed the friendly service man. I liked the idea of cleaning with hot ionized water, rather than soaps and shampoos that leave a scum on the carpet that collects dirt more easily. The price was reasonable.
