Pleased with ease of making appointment. Zerorez was great at communicating via text and reminding us of our upcoming appointment. The gentleman who cleaned our carpets was prompt and also called when he was on his way. Our carpets looked great and efficiently.

Technician was friendly, relatable and professional. He took care to protect our home and completed the cleaning in a timely manner. We were impressed with the processes used. We didn't have a chance to see how the carpets turned out as they were in the basement of the townhome we were renting and the carpet cleaning was done as part of our final move out requirement after our moving truck was loaded and we left town following the cleaning.

My carpets just aren’t that clean. It was the most I’ve ever paid for carpet cleaning so I think I was expecting it to be better than the others I have used. Are they cleaner?? Yes sure. However I still have spots that didn’t get cleaned. Many of which I took my own carpet a lot cleaner to after you left and I got them out with my little cleaner so that was extremely frustrating to see

I do not feel like my carpets were cleaned well by the service. I vacuumed three prior to the service, and I vacuumed again afterwards and still got up a significant amount of dust/dirt.
