Your online booking is very misleading. I got a quote to clean what I thought was my home for about $100. Then they show up to clean and charge my wife about twice as much as the quote. When I call to inquire why this was the case I’m told that the website is kind hard to understand and that many people have had the same issue. Then I was told that there was nothing they could do about it. I think that you have a problem that needs fixed. If I would have know how much you were going to charge me in the beginning I wouldn’t have bothered setting an appointment with your company. I could have got it done cheaper elsewhere.
Thank you for your comments. We are sorry for the confusion in using the online booker- We have added language that hopefully makes it a little clearer what needs to happen in order to get a more accurate idea of what the cost will be. We have also made policy to review each of the online scheduled jobs a little closer to catch any errors prior to us showing up. Again, we apologize for the confusion, and hope the changes we have made will make it a little easier to understand.
We had our house full of carpet cleaned yesterday. Cabe was our technician. We were really impressed with him and his hard work! He didi a great job and our carpets are soft, not sticky and they dried so quickly! I would absolutely recommend this process to anyone!

Don't know much about it yet. My carpet was just done. The person who did my carpet called to let me know he was on the way and was very prompt. I think he did exactly what he was supposed to and did it correctly.

Excellent service. Excellent results. I am very sensitive to chemicals and had no issues with the product used. The technician was happy to explain everything. He worked around my kids without complaints. The carpets dried within 12 hours and look and feel new. I will hire ZeroRez again.
