Based on the phone dialogue with the on site person, I made the decision to not have the tile cleaned. Had I been home, I would have had the entire tiled area cleaned. I now have a rather curious looking floor and had not planned on replacing the tile for 2 years when I renovate the kitchen
A bit disappointed
The carpet looks clean but was “stiff” and the stairs were wet, not damp. The outer edges of the steps were not cleaned. When I return from a preplanned trip, I will use a brush to clean those areas
I was skeptical but they were professional and thorough. They cleaned my cream carpet and rough cut hickory floors and they have never looked better. I will hire them next time.

Your online booking is very misleading. I got a quote to clean what I thought was my home for about $100. Then they show up to clean and charge my wife about twice as much as the quote. When I call to inquire why this was the case I’m told that the website is kind hard to understand and that many people have had the same issue. Then I was told that there was nothing they could do about it. I think that you have a problem that needs fixed. If I would have know how much you were going to charge me in the beginning I wouldn’t have bothered setting an appointment with your company. I could have got it done cheaper elsewhere.

We are sorry for the confusion in using the online booker- We have added language that hopefully makes it a little clearer what needs to happen in order to get a more accurate idea of what the cost will be. We have also made policy to review each of the online scheduled jobs a little closer to catch any errors prior to us showing up. Again, we apologize for the confusion, and hope the changes we have made will make it a little easier to understand.
We had our house full of carpet cleaned yesterday. Cabe was our technician. We were really impressed with him and his hard work! He didi a great job and our carpets are soft, not sticky and they dried so quickly! I would absolutely recommend this process to anyone!
