The extraction process and enzymes really worked to get out the cat pee spot. The rest of the carpet dried quickly, looks and feels clean.
I was amazed at how clean my 10 year old carpet was after Arrel cleaned it. I have vacuumed very slowly and not had hardly anything go into the vacuum. I will recommend you to everyone I know. He was also very friendly and courteous and careful around my furniture. What a great company!

They got my carpets really clean and left no residue behind
My bedrooms were clean. The closer to the front room the dirtier it was. Very disappointed. I scrubbed a dark spot in the front room and the cloth and water was very dirty. I bought a large rug to cover my front room carpet.
The amount and veracity of attempt's to up sell was rage inducing.
I think I am like many home owners.
I don't enjoy being held captive in my own home by aggressive sales tactics.
I won't be calling again.

Clean -without chemical smell- fast efficient and good workers
My biggest disappointment was communication. I Had an appointment scheduled between 830 and 11 and when I booked it I was the first on the schedule so I figured I would be in the morning. I wasted three hours before I had to call and ask if they were still coming. They showed up at 12:30. The guy was nice and everything was clean but just because of bad communication I would never recommend them. My time should be just as important as their time.
