I like everything about our experience with you. The men were easy to work with and eager to please. The carpet cleaning was done well and we are most satisfied.

Clean -without chemical smell- fast efficient and good workers
My biggest disappointment was communication. I Had an appointment scheduled between 830 and 11 and when I booked it I was the first on the schedule so I figured I would be in the morning. I wasted three hours before I had to call and ask if they were still coming. They showed up at 12:30. The guy was nice and everything was clean but just because of bad communication I would never recommend them. My time should be just as important as their time.

I live in Pocatello, it is hard to pay extra to have you drive here. And the $15 disposal fee? That didn't make me happy either

They missed cleaning a very large spot in the middle of the living room and had come back and re-clean the carpet. Also the wand left lines in the carpet that still have not come our even after being vacuumed several times..I'm sure they will eventually come our but it will take a while.
Phillipe was very helpful and concerned about the streaking but thought they would eventually come out..

Had Jacob (?) come out for 2 room...very nice guy explained things very well. He told me I had wear patterns that were damaged and would not look any different as I could still see them after the cleaning. I had a huge coffee stain that lightened up but he said he would check back with proper chemicals and come back. He texted the next day said he would be later than original time he had told me, he did not show up, but I also had left my phone at work if he tried to call. When I got home I had attempted to spot clean a couple areas right in the middle of the wear pattern....It cleaned it noticably! The floor could be cleaned...not damaged (as much) as he said. He also told me the stairs were the same although that wasn't part of the job. I cleaned some areas there too...came right out after a little scrubbing. I was so frustrated and needed to get my house back in order and did not want to wait for a second visit. I bought a cleaner and did the floor myself and it almost looks brand new.
I would like a full refund of the 100 dollars I spent on the two rooms as there was no change in the appearance of carpet....I have pictures and I can supply pictures of what it looks like after I cleaned it myself.
I am very sorry that this did not turn out like I wanted and I will not recommend this company again. I do not think that any spot treatment was used either....I know that zerorez does use it. the gentleman that cleaned was very nice, but maybe more training and more elbow grease.
