We had a difficult clean and Zerorez was able to remove the stain, which we weren’t sure would come out! 10 🌟 for them. And so reasonably priced. Will definitely call them again!
Cleaner was on time, did a very good job.
Service techs were well trained and knowledgeable. The products used to clean seem to have made a big difference for our family of allergy suffers. They also eliminated dusty smells coming from the vents.
The technicians communicate well. They arrive when they say they will, or earlier. The carpets they clean look great when they're finished.
The technician was really nice, and I appreciated his willingness to clean the dryer vent from both ends. I had expected a brush or whip line, but the tech explained that wasn’t what they normally did for dryer vents, so that was disappointing but I could understand.
The bigger disappointment was that the website for the Idaho Falls location specifically mentions a special camera that can show before and after images. This wasn’t done, and the tech seemed unsure if it was even available still.
My suggestion would be to remove that verbiage from the website, if I hadn’t expected the special camera, I wouldn’t have been disappointed when it didn’t happen.
He was efficient and knowledgeable explaining what he was doing.

Not even sure that my whole rug was cleaned. About half looks cleaned (one side), other half still looked dirty. I was curious so I took a damp paper towel and just blotted at one of the large, obviously not clean areas and the paper towel absorbs yellow-brown dirt. I have left a voicemail for someone to call me back because this is unacceptable. I would attach a picture if I could.
