Very professional service
You can start by issuing the credit to our account that you promised. You, I'm speaking of the Owner of this franchise can clean up the foul language and comments toward my wife. Not even close to professional.
Quick, clean and the technician was excellent. No mess afterwards and the carpets seemed clean.
The only negative thing was that we had a "Bubble" in the carpet after he left. I do not know if he caused the problem or not. I guess the carpet needs to be stretched again. Thanks

Service persons arrive on time, let you know when they are coming and if there is any problem concerning their arrival. Have had the service person explain in simple terms what services they have, what you have ordered and what they think you may needed in additional services (and why) and the prices.
Work has always been done completely and quickly.

1. You charged an additional $10 for a small bedroom closet. I think that is ridiculous; the closet is part of the room.
2. The carpet cleaner did not move the furniture because the base was metal/wood and could not be put back in place for 8 hours - I have never had an issue with this with any other carpet cleaner in all the 30 years I have been getting my carpets clean.
3. $15 environmental fee - that is for you to pay, not me.
Enjoy the $10 charge and the $15 fee because they have lost you my business.
The techs were very informative, professional, friendly and thorough. The price was right also! My carpet looks amazing. See you in 6 months!

I had an appointment between 8:30am and 11:00 pm and there was no communication that the tech was running late. It would have been nice to receive a call or even a text that let me know this information. The tech was nicely dressed and very pleasant. She did a great job.

The yellow and orange stains are still visible. There is no difference than before. I can smell dog urine and I couldn't before. I'm assuming it was there before but must have been dry, then cleaning it reactivated it. It is terrible now. I'll just replace the carpet or use a biologic enzyme from Don Asset. I was under the assumption that this was going to be done and I was willing to pay for it. I'm sorry I'm complaining, I'm disappointed. Maybe I was hoping for a miracle.
Don't drive on a customer's lawn. I told the technician that he could drive to the side of my lawn if that was closer. But he drove right up to my sidewalk. When he left he drove through the front of my lawn to the road. He must have misunderstood me in the beginning.
Jacob was very thorough and very friendly. He walked me through the house when he was finished to show me what he had done. Our carpets are very clean now. Peace of mind with clean carpets. He also explained the other services the company provides. We will probably take advantage of the duct cleaning in the spring.
I love the Clean smell and feel without the sticky residue feeling. And love the way the carpet and furniture is almost dry buy the time our technician left! He was awesome!!
