Some stains I can still spot on our 20 year old white carpet just because I know where they are. Barely noticible.
The young technician was very pleasant and was positive about the service and the products. He shared all the options and was not pushy, I appreciated that. There were no chemical smells. The floors looked great and they quickly did their work. We will use your services in the future. Thanks.
The last technician was too fast, and as a result missed some things that could’ve been cleaned up easily. Reminding them to take the necessary time and pay close attention would be great. He also informed us how we could get some spots out that he had noticed, but we thought that was why we had called you. If we had wanted to clean our own carpet we would have done it!
I was told by a competitor that Zerorez would show up with a shopvac and air compressor to clean my air ducts. I was pleased to see when they showed up there was no shopvac in sight. The employees kept me informed as they went about what they were finding and truly seemed to have my best interests in mind as a customer. There appears to be less dust in my house now, so it seems safe to say they did the job well. Thank you, Zerorez.
Very impressed and grateful for how gentle and careful Arnell was with our furnishings as he cleaned our carpets. Arnell took time to explain processes and steps. We do have a stain still. Not sure if they didn’t catch it, but it’s in the middle of the carpet. Maybe needed treated.
Completely missed the original appointment. When I called about it, there was nothing they could do to make me feel better except apologize. We asked for a 20-30 minute notice to head over for the cleaning. The tech called us when he was 3 min away.

The carpet is very clean looking even after 25 years of use. It's been cleaned in the past by other companies, but I was much more impressed this time.
The carpet dried faster and stayed fluffy longer than other carpet cleaning processes we've tried. I like that there is no soap applied so that the carpet feels extra clean.

The hard floor service was not done with a shine as was promised in my initial phone call promise. It was stated that it would be left “shiny”. After my tech as finished and I told him it’s not shiny as promised he told me it would be an extra $200ish to get it shiny. And he apologized for the “misunderstanding”. However there’s no misunderstanding, I was told it would be shiny and it’s not. It’s clean but dull.

My window for service was from 2 to 5. The agent arrived at 6:30. He did a good job listening to me and building a bid for what I wanted done. It was not until after he left at 10: PM, That I
noticed he had forgotten to extract the pet product in the hallway. Big stains remained and lots of very stiff carpet. I had to spend hours with my consumer extractor to remove the product. I paid the asked price without complaint only to receive an incomplete job. The rest of the job was done very well. How would you feel?
We still are seeing stains in the spots they used stain remover. In our van there are places that were supposed to be cleaned, but are still dirty.
