I appreciated the ease of scheduling. The carpets are so clean. I’m very happy with the outcome—assuming the lumps that developed because of the humidity flatten out. it would have been nice to know in advance that humidity makes the carpets develop huge lumps (even though they are supposed to disappear as the carpet dries)—it was quite shocking to see.
They were professional. They cover their feet and protector on the wall corners. The carpet looks nice clean when the Job was finished.
Our carpet stayed clean and fluffy much longer than any other process we've had. Pricing was better too.
