Recently had Jacob in my home and was very impressed with how the carpets looked, felt and smelled after getting them cleaned. They were fast and efficient. We had them clean the carpet in our museum last year. The museum gets a lot of foot traffic and the carpet hadn't been cleaned for several years. We were so pleased with the results that we had them come back to clean it this year.
Most corners were protected, but I needed to touch up paint one on the stairs & one higher on the wall in the basement. The cleaners were polite & explained things well & it dried quickly.
