We have had Zerorez clean our carpets for the last 3 years. They look wonderful after cleaning, dries quickly and stays cleaner than other companies. The carpet tech is always prompt, through, works quickly and always very polite and answers all our questions. We wouldn't have any other carpet company.
Didn’t see a big difference in the cleaning. Was told it was damaged carpet
But with a spray bottle and rad I was removing dirt onto the rag.
Not sure zero res technology stands the test.

Less chemicals and good people
This is the first time I am very disappointed in the service. I had 4 rooms, 2 halls and a set of stairs done. Unbelievably, the job was completed in just over an hour. I questioned that it didn't seem quite clean to the technician, and he assured me that it was just still damp. When my living room had dried, I couldn't believe how dirty it still looked. I got out my home unit and proceeded to re-clean that room and unbelievably extracted 2 containers of very dirty, sludgy water! I had the professionals come in to do the job I didn't think I could have done. I can't believe that I spent that much money and ALL my carpets are still dirty!! My neighbor even commented on the fact that she had seen the carpet cleaners at my house, but I must not have had the halls or stairs done!
I was told of your service by my daughter who was pleased with your work. I made the appointment, and even though there were a couple of glitches (faulty machinery/double booking), the cleaning was completed ahead of schedule. I had a question on the cleaning of a reclining sofa, and the technician felt it would not be advantageous to clean that type of surface without finding out more about its make-up. I appreciated that honest evaluation, and the professional way in which the floors and single recliner were cleaned. My kitchen had a section of berber that was just nasty - worn, stained and truly grungy. I was amazed at the restorative work done on it! Great work, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest technicians. I would call again, and would recommend this service to my friends and/or family.
Technician was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. We had a little problem with the scheduling, but otherwise, everything went well. Minimal interruption and fair pricing.

I was very happy with the technician and how he explained everything.
Professional and organized.
The technician was early, friendly and took care of the problem. The technician called me an hour early and said he could start work in 10 minutes, great. He came in to evaluate the situation and explained what he felt needed to be done. He started to clean and pointed out any problems that could occur. There were none when he finished. My neighbor came by and took one look and stated that she was jealous and would have her carpet done later in the spring.

The technician was pleasant and friendly. The carpets and upholstery looked and felt clean when he finished. It was dry in about 6 hours. He didn't up-sell anything or charge more than was quoted. I'd call them again.
