Alexa was very helpful…and Tanner did a good job cleaning my 78 year old porch tile. He was knowledgeable about tile and the cleaning and sealing process. Both were patient, friendly and organized.

Easy to make an appointment. Customer service Agent (Becky) answered all of my questions with thorough answers. Email confirmation with explanation of services. Email reminder of service and call from tech when he was on the way. The tech (Jimmy) was friendly and knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. The result on 20 year old carpet, 2 year old carpet, and 20 year old tile and grout was amazing! I wish I would have done this sooner. Would recommend for sure.
Got my carpet cleaned and it looks & feels GREAT! The tech was quick, knowledgeable and personable. I will be scheduling to get our couches cleaned next!
