I like your flexibility with scheduling, tried to schedule an appointment on line but the time I wanted was not available. I was happy to receive a phone call by a service associate who worked with me to find a mutually beneficial time. I enjoy working with a professional company that is accommodating.

I like that you don't saturate the carpet. My carpet didn't dry in 5 hrs. like Jason said, but it did dry in 24 hrs,

We had a wonderful experience with our technician. He was polite, knowledgeable, and left our rugs/couch in beautiful condition. I was so impressed by his communication- letting us know what to expect in terms of sounds (due to young children in the room) as well as drying time, etc. Overall, I would use Zerorez again and recommend to others. Our items are clean and fresh and we were so pleased with our technician.
