I specifically asked for Justin to clean my rugs and without notification another person was assigned to me. Given the opportunity, I would have rescheduled.
Dirty water was left in grout crevices in several areas as was water droplet stains. Nick did mention he was having issues with his equipment. So, I do understand.

Shane was friendly, knowledgeable and professional! The carpets were looking better shortly after the service was completed and I know the pet treatment eliminated any odors left behind by the previous owners of our home. The house has a fresh scent and our carpets are soft and clean.

Lucus was excellent. He assisted me with some items. My entire home looks fabulous. I want to thank Lucas for explaining the process, and removing a stubborn spot from the carpet. He's focused with a wonderful work attitude.
I think rather than upselling in person with the pressure that it should at least be discussed on the phone when you make the appointment. Also I think putting a tip in there is absurd. I paid $678 for 2 hours and 15 minutes of work, I don't see why there would be any tip included in that.
