Your technicians were very prompt and knowledgeable. They worked efficiently. The equipment used remove the residue from tiles worked very well and very fast with little mess. The cleaning and sealing of my granite counters was well done also. Overall very satisfied with services and would recommend them any time.

Service was great. The technician explained everything he was going to do which made us confident that he would do a great job.
He showed us that the stain we were concerned about was pet urine and found another spot where there was pet urine.
We had no questions when he was finished and the cleaning was complete.
We will be calling him when we are ready to clean the tile.

We have used other carpet cleaning services in the past, so we have a good idea of what works for us. After the first time we used Zerorez, many years ago, we thought the job was performed as well, and equal to the other companies that we have used. Then, after several months, we started realizing that our carpets still looked clean, and noticeably cleaner, than the other companies looked after just a month or two. We actually could not believe the difference in the value of having the carpets stay clean for so much longer. When we called to have you come out again, you had left the area and were not available for us. We are really glad that you are back in town.
Floors look great, technician was prompt and professional. The upholstery cleaning did not turn out like i expected, but the floors definitely look great!
