I was thrilled with the results of my grout cleaning. Our grout was over 20 years old and was really stained. Of course, it didn't come up as clean as it was new, but looks 100 times better!

Floor is not clean enough. It’s not deep cleaning as we expected. Especially the stairs are not clean. We asked to redo, for the parts that were redone was cleaner than the part that’s not redone. But the rep was not quite willing to redo
