The service tech was very nice. I was not impressed with how the carpets were cleaned and felt like there was a smell in the carpet days after the service was done. It was a very odd smell and not one of carpet that had just been cleaned. Overall it was not what I expected.

My carpets look great especially the pet stains. The guys were polite and nice to talk to. They quickly made friends with my dog.

The grout looked no different than before it was “cleaned”. The floors were left dirty and sticky. Very disappointed. There are numerous areas that were not cleaned - didn’t go all the way up to the walls or cabinets. There are 2-3 inches that are clearly darker Looks ridiculous.

I was very impressed with Zerorez from the moment I booked the appointment to the completion of the job. I had full communication and confirmation ahead of my appointment. The sales rep was very polite and respected my home, came in with professionalism and did a meticulous job with my tile cleaning. He made sure to get my approval before leaving. I had no smells or residue after the service and when my tiles were fully dried, it felt great walking on them. I am happy I went with Zerorez and will definitely recommend.

The technician was very good and we have both our tile and carpet cleaned. The result was better than what we have had with other services. Though the cost was more then final outcome was worth it.
