$80 up charge for stain treatment that did not work
Service was very good, prompt and professional
The service and the servicer were wonderful. He was on time and polite. He explained to me exactly what he would be cleaning for me today. He also explained the process. I love that there was no smell to the cleaning. The couches were very clean and I am very happy with the service. In fact I will be calling to have my tile floors done soon as well as the upstairs carpets. Thank you again.
From a business standpoint I could not have asked for better service. That stems from Justin. He communicated with me throughout the process sending texts, photos and videos.

Great experience with Zerorez! Lucas was professional, friendly, and did an amazing job. My carpets look and smell so clean — honestly better than I expected. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely use them again.
The lads did a great job on the rug and sofa, were polite, friendly and professional, and left the place clean and tidy returning all the furniture to its original place.

Fast efficient easy
I have heard about your company for years in commercials on Real Radio 104.1. I had put off getting my floors cleaned prosessionally for a variety of reasons, but I am so glad I finally made the appointment. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and capable.
We like that the product to clean our floors does not leave a residue like other cleaners. We like that we had our grout sealed.

I was disappointed that the staining did not come out of the area rug. I guess stronger cleaners would be bad for the earth and my fur babies, so I guess I will have to live with the stains.
