What I really liked about this product was no chemicals being used in the cleaning process. My carpets and tile look like brand new when done. Very professional and friendly service. I will definitely use this service again.

I'm not disappointed in the experience working with your people... the tech arrived on time, called before arrival, etc, etc. But, my rug looks WORSE than before you came (and I allowed full drying time before writing this). The stains are MORE vivid AFTER the cleaning on my light, fine rug. In addition to worsening the appearance of what were mild stains that now look highly noticeable, the general traffic discoloration was not improved at all. Net result... My rug looks worse than before you came and not any part of it looks cleaner/better. Whatever product you used - I suspect the "upgrade" for the biologic/pet stains - is not only ineffective, but should be contraindicated. I would never ever recommend your rug cleaning and found it to be completely ineffective. You really should evaluate your system/products for the sake of future clients.

Reasonably priced, on time and professional employees
They did an amazing job on my antique rug that has been used by many animals as their rest room for decades. They were able to get both stains & smell out of the rug. Highly impressed! Thank you for such a great job!

Easy to make an appointment. Customer service Agent (Becky) answered all of my questions with thorough answers. Email confirmation with explanation of services. Email reminder of service and call from tech when he was on the way. The tech (Jimmy) was friendly and knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. The result on 20 year old carpet, 2 year old carpet, and 20 year old tile and grout was amazing! I wish I would have done this sooner. Would recommend for sure.
Got my carpet cleaned and it looks & feels GREAT! The tech was quick, knowledgeable and personable. I will be scheduling to get our couches cleaned next!
