Justin was my tech. He went above and beyond in helping me get the grout sealed on a WHOLE 1880 sq ft house of new tile. It was a job! He also cleaned three big rugs that were in dire need and that I would have rented the cleaner the next day. Thank you Justin and Zerorez!
The product actually works! The technician was able to get out a stain (just a trace remained) that the previous carpet cleaner couldn't. He was on time, personable, finished quickly and the floors looked great! He honored the price I was given over the phone. I couldn't be happier with this service and would definitely call Zerorez next time.
Jimmy was very knowledgable and made our tile floors gleam. We moved in this past November and I don't think the floors were cleaned in the past few years, they were bad. Now we know the grout was white. Not kidding.
Jimmy was great and even suggested that the tile in the shower be clean. My husband was thrilled with his clean shower.

The end product leaves a bit to be desired. I understand my carpeting is older, however there are steaks in the carpet in some areas. These streaks appear to be dirt. I have pets and the deodorizer or what ever was extra was stayed in all 8 rooms and hallway. I am left unconvinced the process works as pet stains remain in a few areas.
I do not believe the end product was worth the $800 I spent.
