The effectiveness of the product
My bedroom carpets were cleaned on November 29th. The guy cleaning the carpets was at my house for 34 minutes total (confirmed via exterior cameras). This was from the time he pulled into the driveway, spoke to my husband, unloaded, “cleaned”, packed, received payment, and pulled out of the driveway. I have a small spot cleaner and later cleaned a small one foot of carpet in two bedrooms over the same areas he supposedly cleaned and the water was nasty. I’m not pleased with the service. To confirm I called my mother, who recommended the company, and she stated the guy who came to her house to clean her carpet (same amount of area surface) was there for an hour and a half. This gentleman also vacuumed prior to cleaning which ours did not. As of right now we are disappointed with the company and will probably be calling a different company in the future.

Rugs were VERY wet and stayed wet for quite a while. Van left burned grass, that has yet to show any signs of recovering. I thought associate was very polite and friendly.
The service was great. But I wish furnitures can be restored before the completion of service.

I had a great experience with getting my carpets in my children’s bedrooms cleaned. Trust me it was a mess before Tanner arrived and did such an amazing job with cleaning and getting the stains out as much as he could. Great experience and so glad I called them. Plan to definitely use them in the future for any other cleaning jobs I might need.
The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and what we needed to do for optimum results. The drying time was very reasonable.
I was not told ahead of time it was a one man crew and he would not move small tables or move chairs. Very disappointed. I even offered to help move the furniture.
