HELLO THE MASTER BED ROOM CARPET WAS WET IN SPOTS ALL DAY WE HAD TO PUT A FAN ON IT !!!! THE CARPET WHEN DRY WAS NOT CLEANED LIKE THE LAST TIME HE TOOK ONLY ONE HOUR TO CLEAN 4 ROOMS AND A HALL WAY????? IT SEEMS LIKE IT WAS TO FAST!!!! THANK YOU ALSO SOME SPOTS IN OTHER ROOMS WERE VERY WET!!!

The gentleman arrive on time, wore a mask, safely guarded the corners in my house and the furniture. He walked through the areas to be cleaned and asked e quesstions about them He completed the work in a timely fashion and cleaned up everything.

Excellent Service! floors turned out great. Tile grout looks brand new. Our tech was very friendly and worked really hard to get out some tough stains in the upstairs carpet.
