Whenever I have requested an earlier delivery than was scheduled (usually when it gets lower than expected during a run of below zero weather) they go out of their way to accommodate. And the delivery driver always thanks me on the printout for the delivery for keeping the driveway clear or shoveling a path.

Love the idea that my service is automatic delivery and I never have to worry about having an empty oil or gas tank. Also, love the direct payment not have to worry about writing a check, finding an stamp, and putting it in the mail.
The merger of Downeast with the other companies greatly improved the service and overall customer response. It was somewhat disappointing that local offices were no longer accessible but we all need to adjust to the economy as we know it. As long as my needs are met as a customer I will remain a loyal customer. Keep up the good work.
