I have been dealing with your service for seven years now. Whenever I have called and have not been able to reach somebody I have always gotten a call back on the next business day without fail. Even when I’m told that it is going to be a long time out for a delivery I don’t think I have ever had to wait for that full amount of time to go by before my delivery has been serviced from the delivery driver to the office person now it is always friendly and professional

We are very happy with Rymes Propane & Oil. We have automatic delivery which gives us peace of mind in knowing we don't have to worry about running out of fuel. Any time I have called them I have spoken to a real person not a bot and when I asked for a delivery that was off schedule they had no problem providing the delivery.
Their website is user friendly and I like that I can monitor the fuel level in our propane tank.
I have been happy with the service mostly. I find Rymes is better to talk to then Superior, which I had a issue with a couple of years ago, the person that I was talking to was rude. I am happy with my rate that you gave me, I have been a customer for 13 years. I find the drivers are very nice and friendly. Thank you
