I like how easy it is to order oil online or by phone. I like how I get filled within a week of requesting a fill. I do wish I could order a fill without needing to try to guess how much oil I need and would like to know when you're coming so I know when you will be here. My credit card is on file but when I order to much oil a refund doesn't happen very quickly, and I have to request it to get it.

Our propane take was abnormally low (50 gallons of propane in a 1000 gallon tank) and the man who came to our home to fill our propane and install a monitor at 9 pm on a Saturday night was professional, knowledgeable and very kind to both my husband and me. He informed us of everything he did as he did it and thoroughly explained everything.

I’m on a plan so my deliveries are all scheduled & I don’t need to worry about. Have never had a problem. Also, had a furnace breakdown twice (have a new one now) & both times someone came to fix in very reasonable timing.
