We like monitored tanks, but there was a problem with this most recent delivery: We've multiple tanks on the property and the wrong tank was filled. (filled the set of 240 tanks and not the large 500 gal. tank stated on the delivery ticket.
I find it easy to call and talk to a customer service representative and they actually listen to me and try to find a solution to the issue I've called them about and then they normally call me back with an update. Now that's customer service!
