That the delivery. Was the next day first thing in the morning. With that said I had trouble contacting Rymes for a number of reasons, some numbers were not in service, I was on hold with a 30 + minute wait ran out of time to wait, I was caller 33 in line couldn’t wait and trying to sign up on line but my Rymes account number would not work on Superior plus site and couldn’t continue
Lucky I knew the propane truck driver and he mad a representative call me.
Even with so many ordering with this cold weather I got my delivery of propane the day after I ordered it. Was surprised but very happy. Thank you.

I'm very pleased with customer service and beig provided service in a timely manner even after the new provider taking over. I'll miss the customer services in person service and bill payments options.
I can't remember how long my husband & I have been customers of Downeast, but it has been quite awhile. Over the years we have been treated very well. Now that I am alone, it has been a comfort to know Downeast is just a phone call away. I think we always participated in the budget plan & auto-delivery and I have continued that since my husband's passing.
