Service!! Nice to know that my unit has been watched for fuel. Unit has been unoccupied for two years, but service has continued without requesting any deliveries. Upon arrival this July, tank was full.
The prompt attention that was given to us is admirable.
Aside from the "truck " break down for the original scheduled date, the service was great ! The only thing was...did his/her phone break down?

Whenever I have requested an earlier delivery than was scheduled (usually when it gets lower than expected during a run of below zero weather) they go out of their way to accommodate. And the delivery driver always thanks me on the printout for the delivery for keeping the driveway clear or shoveling a path.

I like that I can speak to a real person when I call or email. Also the online portal is wonderful for ordering fuel etc. I like getting a senior discount as well and being able to lock in a price and use the budget plan.
