We decided to wait it out because we have been with Downeast for close to 20 years. Superior propane showed up and did what our contract promised. It was concerning, however, thinking we might not have enough heat.

The technician who came out for my home inspection was nothing short of exceptional. He made sure I understood not just what he was doing, but why it mattered and how I could maintain things moving forward. He didn't leave until he made sure that my system was up and running.
What really stood out was how far he went beyond the basics. He wasn’t rushed, he didn’t cut corners, and he treated my home with real care and respect. You can tell he takes pride in his work and actually cares about the people he’s helping, not just checking off a task.

In the many years of service to my home, there have only been two times I ran out of oil. Restoration was reasonably speedy and very coureous.
