I have double feedback. I have to say that I love when the call is out in through the Hudson office as everyone is so nice.
There is one girl who is actually pretty rude. We are will-call and everything is so expensive right now as you know. It was freezing last winter and we ran out of fuel and she actually said it wasn’t your problem and that we should plan better. Which ideally yes - but it had been so cold and we went through the fuel much quicker than usual. I told her we had three children and she said that would not get our delivery there sooner.
Since you were acquired by Superior the chances of talking to someone local isn’t likely. But when I do I love how nice they are. This past experience was very positive and the woman I spoke to was very helpful and pleasant.
People like local. I think that you should keep your customer service employees local and not have someone from another geographic location serving your customers. Especially in these financial times and the amount of people with children and senior citizens who may be struggling. Support your community and in the end from a marketing perspective that will come back to you. Because when people call and your staff aren’t nice or if they are in another part of the country we notice and people in NH like local. There are so many fuel companies and they won’t be loyal. It doesn’t work that way any more. You support us and in turn we support and promote you.

We have always had excellent delivery service and maintenance service from Rymes and have been customers for years. To be honest this last year there has been limited access to staff and services in our area. We are thinking of switching companies due to the difficulty in communication to our maintenance and repair needs.
Since switching to Champagne, I have never had to worry about calling for propane fill-ups. They just take care of it and make sure we have the fuel we need. Peace of mind!
