The Sales Associate, David Sharpe, was very friendly and helpful with the sale of our 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz.

Service is greatly improved from a few years ago. Someone answered the phone and scheduling is easy. On-site work was timely. The customer waiting area needs to be updated. It’s a little old but not a problem.

I purchased a Hyundai Palisade in 2022 because of the excellent usage my 2008 Santa Fe gave me for 14 years!

I was courteously and professionally taken care of by everyone I came into contact with during my purchase of the Palisade.

I recently took the Palisade in for its first maintenance service. I was greeted immediately by a service person and instructed about what to do. I was told the wait time would be about an hour and 15 minutes, but it was actually only about 45 minutes! The waiting area was clean and comfortable, there was even free wifi service.

I can definitely recommend Don Franklin to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

I was very nervous about purchasing a vehicle out of state. Kelvin went out of his way to provide a detailed and accurate assessment of the vehicles condition, being it was used. He also ensured there would be no surprises for me when acquiring a tag back in GA. After making the 5 hour drive up Kelvin and Olivia were helpful yet wasted no time sealing the deal. Over all it was the most painless car buying experience I've every had and the only out of state one. I would recommend their service to all.

My Engine was destroyed from an employee's negligence in replacing the oil cap back on after an oil change a month or two ago. I received a loaner for the two weeks that my car was in Service to have the engine replaced. All staff were courteous and empathetic. I am please with the service that I received.
