I love my car and I like how convenient it is to schedule a service online instead of dealing with a bunch of different people on the phone and being placed on hold. The people are friendly and helpful. It’s nice how free water and snacks are there for when you’re waiting and have kids. My service was done in a timely manner.
The vehicle inventory is much better than your competition. Also your sales and finance personnel are very personal and professional. They listen better than other dealers to what you want and what you need in your next vehicle!!
The warranty on the drive train is great! Wish the whole vehicle was covered with same warranty. My sales guy, Jeff, was great. Also the free oli changes, we should be able to get that done at the Don Franklin in Corbin, KY. They should be interchangeable at all Don Franklin dealership.
