Good service and follow up. Only issue was;
I had the recall work done on the seal belt tensioner. It was, what looked like a messy job cutting plastic pieces etc. Please make a small effort to at least vacuum the cut pieces upon completion. I had to take my car to the car wash and use the vacuum to clean the floor, both front and back. Thank you.

Our family is basically a Hyundai family. It started with my mother in 2001. She purchased a Hyundai Accent GL. After her death in 2009 I drove it until I passed it to my oldest daughter. To make a long story short I was well pleased with the service and reliability of the Hyundai brand. So now my oldest daughter has her own Hyundai , my youngest daughter has a Santa Fe, my wife and I have a Santa Fe, and we talked her Uncle into purchasing a Hyundai. So basically we are well pleased with the service and reliability of the Hyundai brand.
Everyone was very friendly and supportive. I just purchased a NEW G70 Genesis and the process was well managed and Dave Sharpe made it a very pleasant experience by preparing in advance much of the required paperwork. There were No surprises as we reviewed the Closing Statement. No last-minute add-ons or other items we had not previously discussed. All of these factors together makes Don Franklin and their personnel truly outstanding.
