David Sharp is a good salesperson who knows the product and how to present it in a way to be helpful. He took time to show me how to set up the car with my electronics. Well Ralph was very nice and pleasant. When I came back he said they had been very busy cause I mentioned it and if I wanted to wait he would tell me about the recalls and make the appts but I was with someone else and didn't want to wait cause it was getting late. I never got the message they sent showing it was done so I just took my time before I went back. I mentioned it to him and he said it was because sometimes they go through and sometimes they don't and I know that happens sometimes but I believe it was because they were so busy. They were crowded on both sides of the service floor. Other wise, everything was okay as far as I could tell. Thank you.
