There was a delay in communications with salesman a couple of times but he was very nice and I felt he did his job well. In the fiance department there is a issue I'm waiting to resolve until he's back in office. I wish there was more information on the additional add-ons that are available like the appearance enhancement packages for your vehicle. Overall there has been a few hiccups but my experience has been good.
