They have a large lobby where everyone sits, friendly service man, quick turnaround time of at least an hour. Since you cannot actually see a product I can only hope they use good ones

I have been well pleased with my car and the service. I initially had a problem with a rattle in the deck lid which required multiple trips back to the service department. So far I have not had to do anything except oil changes.
