Devon at Don Franklin Kia in Somerset was the absolute best to work with on buying my new Jeep. He was extremely helpful and never made me feel like I was being swindled like a lot of salesmen do. After purchase, the service center has been great to work with for my regular oil changes. They got me in and out quicker than the drive up service I used to go to, and were priced very fairly. Every time i take my Kia Niro in for service or just an oil change, the staff is always courteous and the coffee hot. Most visits they complete the work ahead of schedule and wash my car. Well worth the 90 minute drive each way.

PLEASE don’t send me any more surveys. I had my oil changed earlier this week and I’ve filled out 3 surveys and had a phone call asking about the service. I do really appreciate the service and that you want to hear my feedback, but I’m getting daily requests, sometimes multiple times a day, to talk about my service experience. It's starting to be quite annoying.
