I like that the service area is efficient, clean, and works together from initial registration to notification of additional needs found while servicing your car, to pulling your car up to the garage exit.
The service department is very knowledgeable about its work. You never have to worry about them doing unnecessary maintenance for extra money. They go the extra mile to ensure the customer is satisfied and the job is done right.
No problem scheduling my truck in for service and the service people are super nice and accommodating
For normal service you don’t come out and say you need cabin filter , air filter, Etc…. If you do. You bring that filter out with you and show the dirty filter.
No pressure on adding parts to run up bill.

Everyone is friendly and know what they are doing. The service department people are doing a great job. I like the mechanics also. So far they have done excellent work on my vehicles. So I'll give them all a 9 all the way up to a 10. And that's why I come .
