Not a problem to get an oil change and tire rotation however if they are going to charge 3% to use card they should make customers aware of this before services are done. This happened to me and no one told me and the price went up on oil changes and I didn’t have enough cash on me to pay for it so I got charged 3%

Everything except I can't use or get points for using the closest Don Franklin dealer due to it being a Ford dealership and my truck is a GMC. I would have to drive a long way to the Don Franklin Chevrolet GMC dealership to get my service done there to get points and use my points.

I have nothing but good things to say about Don Franklin Ford in London Ky. The Service Advisors are all quite professional and knowledgeable. I feel they go above and beyond when it comes to helping the customer. Do yourself a favor and when you need your vehicle serviced or repaired, think of Dpn Franklin first

I loved that the Don Franklin (London Ky location) got me in for an oil change the same day I called!!! I had been going to the Somerset location and it was going to be a week to get an oil change! I live in London, so it makes sense to go to London location for service and I was very pleased!!!

Always quick and friendly service. Always explain what sevices are needed and overall conditions of vehicle. I know next oil change i may need brakes. So I am not blindsided by upcoming needs. Nice to know ahead of time just in case. Super nice staff.

Your service tech Travis’ customer service is amazing! He went above and beyond to ensure this family traveling through to Myrtle Beach, was able to get there to visit our Coast Guardsman for Thanksgiving. The alternator went out, plus there were no local rentals vehicles available during the week prior to Thanksgiving. It looked pretty bleak, like we were going to be stuck in a hotel for the holiday. However, Travis helped us to get a rental so we could spend Thanksgiving with our Coastie and family, and the Don Franklin Ford service techs got it fixed by the time we returned. My favorite service is your employees customer service!!! I’ll be back to this dealership for my next Ford. Thanks to all for your making this happen!
