Everyone was very nice and welcoming. All was explained prior to any work and then followed up with an explanation of everything that was done. All was completed ahead of my expectations! And the car was washed! Very nice experience.
The process was fairly easy. I received the on the road price via email. I received a descent price for my trade. I felt it was a pretty good deal all the way around. The finance guy was quick and answered the questions that I had. I really can't complain.
