Personal attention

Jennifer provides great service. Had to drop my car off on a Sunday without appointment. I was going to call Monday morning but she called me and got the service going. She stayed in contact with me. They fixed the problem and my car was ready for pickup the same day. They even washed it. That's great service. A shout-out to Ron for his expertise.
