Had no problem of making an appointment.They got my vehicle in the shop bay before appointment time and done a oil change. They also figure out were the popping sounds was coming from and fixed the issue.

Showed up w/ 2019 Nissan Rogue Saturday at 8 am w/ no appointment needing oil change and tire rotation. The service rep said they had a pretty full schedule but he could work it in if I could leave it, sure I said. Less than 90 minutes later a phone call indicated the car was ready to be picked up. AND READY it was, including a spectacular wash job which wasn't easy given we'd just returned from a 1,600 mile road trip. Thanks to all.
