DF accommodating my out of town status for service on late notice. My 3.5 years owning a DF Acadia, service visits were always scheduled to accommodate my being in Lex for other reasons.
The multi free service visits were a plus too.
Kristina Bishop never failed to get me service on the date I was to be in Lex, but at a time of day to accommodate my 2 hr drive time and coordinate with my other reason to be in Lex.

We have been leasing vehicles from Don Franklin Nissan since 2009. We are very satisfied with Nissan vehicles and what they have to offer. We also have leased all of our vehicles through John Berry who does an excellent job in finding us the right vehicle.
The Murano is the best vehicle I have owned and the Nissan service department is top notch. They always get me in and out quickly and so polite and courteous.
