No one likes to spend time in a service center at a dealership, however it was nice to be able to schedule my appointment online & have my car almost immediately taken back for it's first oil change. Staff was friendly and clear in explaining everything that would happen. Overall, it was a quick and efficient oil change & tire rotation. I didn't buy my car from you guys, actually in Louisville - however your staff made me feel at home.
The scheduling is easy, there are no surprise charges. They don't try to talk you into more services. It's just a mention and if the answer is not today they move on. Service is fast and efficient.
I think Jennifer is your number # 1 person - I think she is one of the sweetest ladies I know.

Steve Johnson and Ethan Maggard both did a great job helping us. I had previously purchased from Steve and reached out several months ago on a car for my daughter. After looking at several options, we settled on a 2024 Sentra SR. We looked at several dealerships but ultimately Steve was able to help us get the best option by partnering with the NIssan sales team. Steve was out the day we came to pick it up but Ehan stepped and got us across the finish line quickly and smoothly. They were both great to work with. Now if we could just get you to open a lot in Louisville. :)

I bought a new car

In early June, our car was serviced for regular oil change, tire rotation, and maintenance inspection. We were told that our rear brakes were showing wear - they were at the threshold of needing replacement. Our June schedule being full, we scheduled for this week to have that issue addressed.
I showed up a little early, probably during our service advisor's lunch, but she was kind enough to see to my appointment. I was told the service would take about an hour, and the work was done on the dot. I asked about a couple of coupons for service I'd received in the mail. My fina cost was significantly discounted as the shop honored those savings, a most pleasant surprise.
My car was washed and dried and looked great when I received it. The staff at Don Franklin Nissan service center were (as always) polite, friendly and engaging.
I am sure all Express Service Advisors are top-notch professionals and all have wonderful people skills. The one I worked with, Jennifer Dailey, went above and beyond expectations in managing my appointment and making me a very satisfied customer.
