I'm not sure where to start....The texting back and forth vs. being at the lot to do the initial money work, the warm welcome I received when I arrived at the lot, the entire staff assisting me with a surprise for my wife, or finally that I found a dealership where I could come to and know that I am going to be treated like family at Don Franklin Auto!

I like the fact that I was given an opportunity to buy a car that I wanted. I also really appreciated the time and explanations that Mr Bob gave me concerning my credit. I am a disabled veteran who has been incarcerated for the past 17 years. I get about 1,900 dollars a month from the government for the rest of my life, and I have no bills. With that said I would only hope that a company like yours would give serious thought to a person like me. I have job offers that are only on hold, because I have surgery planned at the VA. I hope to be working at the VA in mid April and shortly after that I hope to be back to talk with Mr Bob about a vehicle. Thanks again for your time.
