Don was an amazing associate to work with. By far our favorite to work with. I was searching for a vehicle to buy that day, he didn't make me feel like he was trying to rush me into anything, understood I had other dealers to look at.
Basically my day was to look at toyota across the street. Then decided to stop at honda to check out the accord just to stop by. Then went to Don franklin in Lexington and 1 other dealer. No other associates made me feel like a customer. The rest seemed to want to force a sale right away.
Don at Gates honda was amazing. Ended up coming back that day and getting a 2021 honda accord 2.0t and couldn't be happier. My wife and I are still saying this was the best choice for us. Has more options than the accord. Felt smoother, and larger interior and trunk space. Options on this accord we got are more than the other vehicles we looked at and it was priced great.
