The Don Franklin Nissan Service Department took good care of me on Tuesday, August 10th. I had a dead battery in my 2017 Nissan Altima. I called on Monday for a service appointment and was told the first available appointment would be a week later. I asked if it was possible to do better. I was told if I was willing to come in early and possibly wait 2 or 3 hours they could "work it in" for me.
The next day I got up early and used another car to jump start my 2017 Nissan Altima with the dead battery. I arrived at the Don Franklin Service Department before 8 am and told them I had no appointment, but I had a dead battery and if I stopped the car it would probably not start again. I was assigned to service expeditor Jennifer, and she immediately got my car into a service bay. They were able to replace my dead battery and also did an oil & filter change and an inspection while I waited.
At the conclusion Jennifer told me they tested the old battery and it was only at 200 on a scale where 500 is the minimum. She said it was likely the original factory battery. I had bought the car used and didn’t know the battery was that old.
I was very pleased with this visit to the Don Franklin Nissan Service Department.

What I liked was how friendly all the employees were and quick services. I like that I was able to get $20 off my visit because of giving feedback of pervious visit.
I had an appt . I arrived early and they started on my vehicle no hesitation. Washed my car! I had a quest about the GPS and Walt helped me out . Showed me how to pull it up and fixed the issue. Always great service.
